ECC operates in a Lotus Notes/Domino-based, client/server environment and provides an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). The user who only "reads documents" may choose either an Internet browser or a Lotus Notes client as his desktop tool. Either GUI makes learning and using ECC simple and straightforward.
