adWatch - PCM operates in a Lotus Notes/Domino-based, client/server environment and provides an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). The user that only "reads documents" may choose either an Internet browser or a Lotus Notes client as his desktop tool. Either GUI makes learning and using adWatch simple and straightforward.

Complaint Entry and Analysis adWATCH-e mirrors the workflow of complaint processing from initial notification through investigation, analysis, and resolution.
